Henan's January-June fixed-asset investment increased 7.8 percent year-on-year with an average two-year growth of 5.2 percent, 2.2 percentage points higher than that of the first quarter.

全省固定资产投资同比增长7.8％，两年平均增长5.2％，比一季度提高2.2个百分点。

Henan's January-June consumption soared 17.1 percent year-on-year, putting the two-year average growth at 1.9 percent, 1.9 percentage points higher than that of the first quarter.
