Growth Rate of Technical Contract Transactions in Henan Hit Record High in H1

上半年同比增长313.48% 河南省技术合同成交额增幅创新高

In the first half of 2021, 5,489 technical contracts were signed across Central China's Henan province with a transaction volume of 23.664 billion yuan, up 313.48 percent year-on-year, hitting a record high in terms of growth rate. Besides, 6,150 contracts for the introduction of technologies were signed with a transaction volume of 32.994 billion yuan, up 107.82 percent year-on-year.

7月29日，据全国技术合同登记系统统计，今年上半年我省签订技术合同5489项，成交额236.64亿元，同比增长313.48%，增幅创新高；签订吸纳技术合同6150项，成交额329.94亿元，同比增长107.82%。

According to Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province, the top three fields with the highest transaction volume were urban construction and social development, environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources, and advanced manufacturing. As for the growth rate of transaction volume, the top three were environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources, new materials and application, and modern transportation, with each increasing 1,298.96 percent, 537.58 percent and 388.29 percent.

省科技厅有关负责人介绍，按技术领域统计，技术合同成交金额居前三位的分别是城市建设与社会发展、环境保护与资源综合利用、先进制造；从技术合同成交额增幅看，居前三位的是环境保护与资源综合利用、新材料及应用、现代交通，增幅分别达1298.96%、537.58%、388.29%。

The transaction volume of technical contracts is an important index reflecting the vitality of sci-tech innovation. In the first half of the year, focusing on the construction of sci-tech innovation system, Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology carried out multiple measures to inject new momentum into innovation to boost technical market and transformation of advanced scientific and technological achievements in Henan.
