During the January-June period, Henan's foreign direct investment expanded 194.1 percent year-on-year to 800 million US dollars, ranking 13th in China.

Besides, its turnover of foreign project contracting and labor service cooperation reached 1.98 billion US dollars, ranking 9th in China, with a year-on-year increase of 53.6 percent.

对外承包工程及劳务合作完成营业额19.8亿美元、增长53.6%，规模居全国第9位。

These two indexes are far beyond the national average in terms of the growth rate.
