China to Issue Henan Opera-themed Stamps
国潮范儿《豫剧》特种邮票发布
The conference on a set of special Henan Opera-themed stamp pictures and new product release was launched at the 751D·PARK Workshop (main venue of China Fashion Week) in Beijing on September 5, said a source from China Post's Henan branch. The set of stamps are scheduled to be issued on October 18. Co-hosted by China Post and Fantastic Planet (a fashion brand), the event aimed to tell Chinese stories and show the spirit conveyed by such special stamps in a fashionable way.
昨日下午，记者从中国邮政河南省分公司获悉，《豫剧》特种邮票图稿暨系列新品发布会在中国国际时装周北京751D·PARK第一车间举办。《豫剧》特种邮票即将于10月18日发行。邮政与时尚潮流品牌怪诞星球联合推出了此次发布活动，以“时尚”方式，讲述了邮政元素、邮政文化背后所承载的中国故事、中国精神。

There are 3 pieces of Henan Opera-themed stamps, each standing for one of the three classic Henan Operas, namely Hua Mulan, Sesame Official and Chaoyanggou Village. With freehand landscape paintings as the background and realistic figure paintings as the main elements, the stamps respectively reproduce the scenes of Hua Mulan's decision to disguise herself as a man to join the army for her father in ancient China, County Magistrate Tang Cheng's trial of Yan Xuejiao (wife of a highest-ranking official in ancient China), and Yinhuan's devotion to Chaoyanggou for agriculture production together with her fiancé Shuanbao.
从现场发布的邮票图稿来看，《豫剧》特种邮票一套3枚，分别展现了豫剧经典剧目《花木兰》《七品芝麻官》《朝阳沟》的舞台场景。邮票整体以写意山水为背景，以中国画工笔人物形象为主要元素，分别表现了木兰从军出征、唐知县读状纸、银环和拴保毕业后出发去往朝阳沟的故事。（中文来源/大河报 翻译/赵汉青 视频/实习生王君艺 审校/丁岚）
