10月20日0-24时，河南省新增境外输入无症状感染者转确诊病例1例，新增境外输入无症状感染者3例，无新增疑似病例，1例境外输入确诊病例治愈出院。
2021年7月31日至10月20日24时，河南省累计报告本土确诊病例167例，累计出院本土确诊病例162例。目前在定点医院隔离治疗的确诊病例5例。
2020年1月21日至2021年10月20日24时，河南省累计报告确诊病例1552例（本土1440例、境外输入112例），现有住院病例20例（本土5例、境外输入15例）。尚在医学观察的无症状感染者20例（境外输入20例）。累计追踪到密切接触者45137人，正在观察的密切接触者52人。

Updates on COVID-19 in Henan Province to 24:00, October 20, 2021
1 confirmed (previously inbound asymptomatic case), 0 suspected and 3 asymptomatic cases were reported in Henan province between 00:00-24:00 on October 20, 2021. 1 confirmed case (inbound) was discharged from hospital upon recovery.
From July 31, 2021 to 24:00 October 20, 2021, 167 confirmed local cases were reported in the province in total, out of whom 162 were discharged from hospital upon recovery. 5 confirmed cases are receiving treatment in designated hospital.
From January 21, 2020 to 24:00 October 20, 2021, 1,552 confirmed cases (1,440 local cases and 112 inbound cases) were reported in the province in total. 20 cases (5 local cases and 15 inbound cases) are receiving treatment in designated hospital. 20 asymptomatic cases (inbound) are under medical observation. Of the traced 45,137 close contacts, 52 are under medical observation.
