10月21日0-24时，河南省新增境外输入无症状感染者转确诊病例1例，无新增无症状感染者和疑似病例。
2021年7月31日至10月21日24时，河南省累计报告本土确诊病例167例，累计出院本土确诊病例162例。目前在定点医院隔离治疗的确诊病例5例。
2020年1月21日至2021年10月21日24时，河南省累计报告确诊病例1553例（本土1440例、境外输入113例），现有住院病例21例（本土5例、境外输入16例）。尚在医学观察的无症状感染者19例（境外输入19例）。累计追踪到密切接触者45172人，正在观察的密切接触者86人。

Updates on COVID-19 in Henan Province to 24:00, October 21, 2021
1 confirmed case (previously inbound asymptomatic case) was reported in Henan province between 00:00-24:00 on October 21, 2021. No asymptomatic or suspected cases were newly added.
From July 31, 2021 to 24:00 October 21, 2021, 167 confirmed local cases were reported in the province in total, out of whom 162 were discharged from hospital upon recovery. 5 confirmed cases are receiving treatment in designated hospital.
From January 21, 2020 to 24:00 October 21, 2021, 1,553 confirmed cases (1,440 local cases and 113 inbound cases) were reported in the province in total. 21 cases (5 local cases and 16 inbound cases) are receiving treatment in designated hospital. 19 asymptomatic cases (inbound) are under medical observation. Of the traced 45,172 close contacts, 86 are under medical observation.
