Henan's Jan-Sept 'Single Window' Customs Declaration Hits a New High

前9个月河南“单一窗口”跨境电商申报量创历史新高

From January to September of 2021, a total of 167 million orders for import and export businesses, with a value of 28.32 billion yuan, were handled through the "Single Window" (an integrated innovative platform for international trade where an enterprise can handle more than 20 businesses online) in Central China's Henan province, up 8.75 percent and 64.3 percent year-on-year respectively, said local authority on October 28. Among them, 441.4 thousand orders worth 388.641 billion yuan were contributed by the enterprises related to general trade and processing trade, with an increase of 41.2 percent and 34.7 percent respectively over the same period last year.

10月28日，记者获悉，今年前9个月，河南跨境电商企业通过“单一窗口”平台申报业务量突破1.67亿单、货值283.2亿元，同比分别增长8.75%、64.3%；一般贸易、加工贸易等企业通过“单一窗口”平台申报44.14万单、货值3886.41亿元，同比分别增长41.2%、34.7%。

So far, the "Single Window" platform has seen online operation covering the whole customs clearance process for over 100 functions related to processing trade, service trade, general trade and cross-border e-commerce. Up to now, it has provided services for almost 20 thousand enterprises and effectively played its role as a main platform for customs clearance services.

据了解，目前河南“单一窗口”已实现加工贸易、服务贸易、一般贸易和跨境电商4大领域100余项功能全部线上办理，覆盖口岸通关全流程，已为近2万家进出口企业提供服务，主要业务应用率稳定在100%，有效发挥了政务通关服务主平台作用。
