空中丝路架起“保供线” 43吨巨无霸从米兰“飞”抵郑州

 

At 9 am on November 15, a B747 all-cargo plane operated by Cargolux Airlines International arrived at Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport in Zhengzhou city of Central China's Henan province from Milan of Italy. A 43-ton non-removable cargo with a volume of some 31 cubic meters was unloaded carefully.

一台不可拆卸的43吨“巨无霸”，从欧洲翻山越海“飞”抵中原。11月15日上午9点，郑州机场停机坪，一架从意大利米兰起飞的卢森堡货航B747全货机前舱门打开，一件体积约31立方米的超大件货物被缓缓运出。

"Thank Cargolux for providing us a timely support. The Air Silk Road linking Zhengzhou with Luxembourg is really an important air freight line securing supplies!" Jiang Zhiqiang, deputy general manager of Zouxian Power Plant of Huadian Power International Co Ltd in East China's Shandong province, immediately shared this exciting news with his partners in Shandong. "The cargo has been received, so our technical upgrading project can proceed as scheduled now."

“感谢卢森堡货航及时伸出援手，解了我们的燃眉之急。郑卢‘空中丝绸之路’是条可贵的‘保供线’！”现场等待的邹县电厂副总经理蒋志强看到货物近在眼前，迫不及待拿起手机向厂里报告：“到了！咱们的升级改造工程能如期推进了。”

 

Zouxian Power Plant, the largest thermal power plant of China Huadian Co Ltd and a major power generation source for Central and East China, has worked out a plan to upgrade its single-machine capacity of China's largest thermal generator set.

邹县电厂作为华电集团最大的火力发电厂，是中东部电网的核心电源点，近期要对国内最大的主力火力发电机组单机容量进行升级改造。

 

An HP-IP rotor (workblank), the oversized cargo transported by Cargolux to Zhengzhou this time, is a core component.

而此次通过卢货航空运来的“巨无霸”——高中压转子（毛坯），则是该改造项目的核心部件。

 

"November 21 was our original plan, but we advanced the time of shipment due to the limited time of our technical upgrading project." Jiang Zhiqiang told Henan Daily that only Cargolux can meet their requirements of time, route, aircraft type and expertise. "Most importantly, the Milan-Zhengzhou air freight route undertaken by Cargolux has regular flights every week, which is really important for us!"

“原本运输班期定在11月21日，但改造项目的工期一天都不能耽误，我们希望提前运输。”蒋志强告诉记者，同时能够满足时间、航线、机型、专业经验等条件的承运人，只有卢森堡货航，“最重要的是，米兰至郑州每周有定期货运航线，对我们太重要了！”

 

On hearing the news, Henan Civil Aviation Development & Investment Co Ltd (HNCA) immediately asked HNCA Logistics Co Ltd to formulate a scheme with Cargolux. General manager of HNCA Logistics Co Ltd Guo Chun said, "We told Cargolux what we wanted and they quickly finished the loading so as to ensure the timely shipment."

在接到邹县电厂的发函后，河南民航发展投资有限公司第一时间回应，迅速安排子公司航投物流与卢森堡货航积极沟通。航投物流总经理郭淳说：“我们以最快速度向卢森堡货航提出运输需求，卢森堡货航很快配合完成了货物装卸，力保设备及时运达郑州。”

 

It is difficult to transport a 43-ton cargo by air since the cargo has to be placed at the center of the plane, so for each flight only one can be transported. At present, only Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport in China has the practical experience of dealing with a B747 cargo plane carrying a piece of cargo weighing more than 40 tons.

空运43吨的超大件货物绝非易事，须采用中央装载方式，每架航班仅能运输1件。目前国内仅郑州机场有承接通过B747运输超过40吨单件货物的保障经验。

河南航投党委书记、董事长张明超表示，此次协助央企完成能源保供任务，是按照省委、省政府部署，实施优势再造战略，通过郑卢“空中丝绸之路”高质量服务于“双循环”，积极落实交通区位优势向枢纽经济优势转变的生动实践。

 

Statistically, Cargolux has extended its air freight routes by linking Zhengzhou with 14 cities worldwide, such as Luxembourg, London, Budapest, Chicago, Atlanta, Milan, etc. Such an extended air freight network has greatly promoted Zhengzhou's vows to build an aviation hub. In the first ten months of 2021, Cargolux totally made 591 trips to Zhengzhou with a cargo throughput of about 107.5 thousand tons, up 10.8 percent on a year-on-year basis.

据统计，卢森堡货航郑州航线通航点已覆盖卢森堡、伦敦、布达佩斯、芝加哥、米兰等14个城市，“空中丝绸之路”辐射力不断增强，有力推动了郑州航空枢纽建设。今年前10个月，卢森堡货航在郑执飞航班591班，贡献货运量约10.75万吨、同比增长10.8%。（中文来源/河南日报 记者/董娉 宋敏 编译/赵汉青 王家琦 海报/王君艺 审校/张军平）
