At 6:55 am on December 23, a Ukrainian cargo plane AD374F arrived at Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport in China from Almaty International Airport in Kazakhstan. After inspection of Zhengzhou Entry-Exit Border Inspection Station, the plane was granted the permission to enter China.
