Henan Receives 10.11 Million Tourists during New Year's Day Holiday

2022年元旦假期河南文旅市场接待游客1011万人次

 

During the three-day New Year's Day holiday, Henan province received 10.11 million tourists with a revenue of 4.3 billion yuan, up 1.08 percent year-on-year.

2022年元旦3天假期，河南省共接待游客1011万人次，旅游收入43亿元，同比增长1.08%。

 

During the holiday, "Henan People Tour in Henan" dominated the whole tourism market. Highlighted by ice-snow tourism, traveling within the province to nearby cities or villages was preferred.

假期期间，“河南人游河南”占据主流，本地游、周边游、乡村游受到青睐，尤其是冰雪产品表现抢眼。

 

Some scenic areas embraced a good start in 2022. For example, Jiaozuo's Yuntai Mountain received 69.7 thousand tourists with a year-on-year increase of 3.6 percent, while Zhengzhou's Fanta and Yongcheng's Mangdang Mountain 26.7 thousand and 11.6 thousand tourists with a year-on-year growth of 3.53 percent and 5.17 percent respectively.
