In the first quarter of 2022, the overall performance of enterprises included in the Monthly Report of Economic Benefits of Enterprises of the Department of Finance of Henan Province (the same below) showed a trend of overall steady and continuous recovery, said a source from the Department of Finance of Henan Province on April 25.

4月25日，记者从河南省财政厅获悉，2022年一季度，纳入财政部门统计范围的全省企业经济运行总体平稳，恢复势头向好，开局良好。

In the first quarter, the revenue of the above-mentioned enterprises expanded 14.4 percent year-on-year to 913.47 billion yuan. More than 70 percent of industrial enterprises saw an increase in their revenues, of which nonferrous metals, electronics, machinery, coal and power industries ranked the top five in terms of the total revenue. With a revenue of 463.99 billion yuan, they contributed 63.8 percent to the total revenue of the whole industrial sector.

据介绍，一季度，营业总收入9134.7亿元，同比增长14.4%。全省七成以上工业行业收入增长，其中有色、电子、机械、煤炭和电力行业位居工业行业营业总收入前五位，收入合计4639.9亿元，占工业行业收入的63.8%。

In the first quarter, the profit of Henan's enterprises jumped 2 percent from a year earlier to 36.27 billion yuan. The profit of industrial enterprises expanded 16.5 percent to 28.08 billion yuan, with 8 fields seeing an increase in their profits. Specifically, the profit of enterprises related to coal, petroleum and petrochemicals, chemical engineering, nonferrous metals, building materials, electronics, medicine, and tobacco respectively increased by 2.29 billion yuan or 140 percent, 0.32 billion yuan or 120 percent, 2.57 billion yuan or 89.7 percent, 1.91 billion yuan or 53.9 percent, 0.14 billion yuan or 9.3 percent, 90 million yuan or 7.5 percent, 30 million yuan or 4.4 percent and 0.1 billion yuan or 3.2 percent. With a total profit of 22.23 billion yuan, nonferrous metals, chemical engineering, mechanic engineering, coal, and tobacco, the top five fields in terms of the profit, contributed 79.2 percent to the total profit of the whole industrial sector.

一季度，全省企业实现利润362.7亿元，增长2%。全省工业行业实现利润280.8亿元，增长16.5%，其中8个行业利润同比增长，煤炭增加22.9亿元，增长1.4倍；石油和石化增加3.2亿元，增长1.2倍；化工增加25.7亿元，增长89.7%；有色增加19.1亿元，增长53.9%；建材增加1.4亿元，增长9.3%；电子增加0.9亿元，增长7.5%；医药增加0.3亿元，增长4.4%；烟草增加1亿元，增长3.2%。利润总额前五位的有色、化工、机械、煤炭和烟草行业，利润总额合计222.3亿元，占工业行业利润的79.2%。

In the first quarter, 61.38 billion yuan of taxes should be paid with an increase of 24.4 percent. By the end of March, 67.23 billion yuan had been paid, up 36.2 percent from a year earlier.
