40.44 Billion Yuan Refunded to Support Enterprises in Henan in April
In April, a refund half from the central government and the other from the provincial government has been received by 37.3 thousand taxpayers, totaling 40.44 billion yuan, said a source from the Department of Finance of Henan Province. The tax refund policy has further boosted the confidence of the market entities across Henan.
5月13日，记者从河南省财政厅获悉，今年4月份，全省已有404.4亿元退税款退到3.73万户纳税人账户，由中央和我省各负担50%。各类市场主体享受到政策红利，进一步提振发展信心。
Small and micro enterprises, the main beneficiaries, account for 95 percent of the 37.3 thousand taxpayers, and have received 23.29 billion yuan (or 57.6 percent) of the total.
