China's First Star-shaped High-speed Rail Network Built in Henan

河南建成“米”字形高铁网

实现“市市通高铁”

China's Jinan-Zhengzhou High-speed Railway (Puyang-Zhengzhou section), Zhengzhou-Chongqing High-speed Railway and Zhengzhou Hangkonggang Railway Station commenced operations on June 20, marking the completion of the construction of a star-shaped high-speed railway network with Zhengzhou at its core in Henan. So far, all the 17 prefecture-level cities in Henan have been covered by China's high-speed railway network.

6月20日，济郑高铁濮阳至郑州段、郑渝高铁以及郑州航空港站“携手”开通运营，河南省在全国率先建成以郑州为核心的“米”字形高铁网，并实现17个省辖市“市市通高铁”。

Since 2016, the beginning of China's 13th Five-Year Plan, Henan has built 1,420 kilometers of new railways. With the opening of the Jinan-Zhengzhou High-speed Railway (Puyang-Zhengzhou section), Henan's railway operation mileage has reached 6,716 kilometers, including 1,924 kilometers of high-speed lines operating at the speed of 350 km/h, ranking 1st in China.
