China's 30% of Fine Dried Noodles Made in Henan

全国30%的挂面产自河南

 

Amid the latest resurgence of COVID-19 in Shanghai, a girl from Henan became a hit online for her coordination in the distribution of more than 700 tons of daily necessities from a famous food factory in Henan where she works. Among these processed food fine dried noodles were therefore thrust into the limelight, too. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the output of fine dried noodles in China reached 7.11 million tons, of which 30 percent were contributed by Henan.

上海疫情期间，“河南姑娘一天指挥700多吨物资调派”的热搜不仅让女主角@沐晴紫馨所在的想念食品股份有限公司（以下简称想念食品）火遍全网，也让从前不起眼的挂面走到了台前。根据国家统计局数据，2021年我国挂面产品总产量为711万吨，以想念食品为龙头的河南本土挂面企业所产挂面，加上克明、中粮、益海嘉里等全国性企业在河南的工厂产量，河南制造的挂面占到了全国挂面产量的30％。

That is to say, Henan not only produces China's one half of ham sausages, one third of instant noodles, one quarter of steamed buns, three fifths of glutinous rice balls and seven fifths of dumplings, but also one third of fine dried noodles.

上述数据表明，“厉害了”河南农产品加工业的队伍里，继全国市场1/2的火腿肠、1/3的方便面、1/4的馒头、3/5的汤圆、7/10的水饺产自河南之后，可以官宣“1/3的挂面”也产自河南。“国人厨房”“世人餐桌”又多了一个“河南造”。（中文来源/大河报·豫视频 记者/韦展 编译/赵汉青 何蒙贺 审校/李文竞）
