Henan's Star-shaped High-speed Rail Network Begins to Pay off

郑渝全线贯通、济郑濮郑段开通运营满月，高铁联网效应显现

 

July 20 marks the one-month anniversary of the opening of the Zhengzhou-Chongqing High-speed Railway and the Zhengzhou-Jinan High-speed Railway (Puyang-Zhengzhou section). Henan's star-shaped high-speed rail network, which looks like Chinese character "米", has begun to pay off, said a source from China Railway Zhengzhou Group Co Ltd on July 20. Over the past month, the high-speed railway linking Zhengzhou with Chongqing under China Railway Zhengzhou Group Co Ltd has seen 738,000 passengers while that linking Zhengzhou with Jinan (currently Puyang) 412,000 passengers.

7月20日，记者从中国铁路郑州局集团有限公司了解到，郑渝高铁全线贯通、济郑高铁濮阳至郑州段开通运营“满月”，河南“米”字形高铁联网效应显现。开通运营首月，该公司管内郑渝高铁发送旅客人数73.8万，济郑高铁濮郑段发送旅客人数41.2万。

According to the previous report, both the Zhengzhou-Chongqing High-speed Railway and the Zhengzhou-Jinan High-speed Railway (Puyang-Zhengzhou section) were put into operation on June 20. Together with the Beijing-Guangzhou High-speed Railway, the Xuzhou-Lanzhou High-speed Railway, the Zhengzhou-Fuyang High-speed Railway, the Zhengzhou-Taiyuan High-speed Railway and the Beijing-Hong Kong High-speed Railway (Shangqiu-Hefei section), they have formed a star-shaped high-speed rail network, which has further perfected China's high-speed railway network and begun to pay off.
