上半年超10亿元河南出口货物享惠RCEP
In the first half of 2022, Zhengzhou Customs issued 2,385 RCEP certificates of origin, with tariff reductions of over 3.30 million yuan for exports worth more than 1.04 billion yuan, to facilitate Henan enterprises' trade with the RCEP member countries.
今年上半年，郑州海关共为河南企业签发RCEP原产地证书2385份，帮助货值超10.4亿元的河南出口货物在进口方获得330余万元的关税减免，助力豫企拓展RCEP成员国市场。

According to Zhengzhou Customs, over the past 6 months, benefited from the RCEP agreement, Henan enterprises enjoyed tariff cuts of 823 thousand yuan for imports worth 74.811 million yuan, covering textile materials, textile machinery, chemical materials, food, etc., which in turn reduced their production costs.
郑州海关相关负责人介绍，今年上半年，受益于RCEP关税政策，河南共有7481.1万元的进口货物获得了82.3万元的关税减免，包括纺织原材料、纺织机械、化工原料和食品等，降低了企业的生产成本。
Now, Henan has forged a closer economic and trade ties with the RCEP member countries, among which the ASEAN, South Korea, Japan and Australia are listed in its top 10 trading partners. The export of Henan's featured products like textile and clothing, plastic products, ceramics and agricultural products have gradually expanded. In the first half of 2022, Henan's import and export value with the RCEP member countries has seen a year-on-year increase of 12.2 percent to 113.2 billion yuan with a growth rate higher than the national average.
当前，河南与RCEP各成员国经贸往来更加密切，东盟、韩国、日本、澳大利亚均成为河南排名前10位之内的贸易伙伴，河南纺织服装、塑料制品、陶瓷制品、农产品等优势产品出口规模逐步扩大。今年上半年，河南与RCEP成员国进出口值达1132亿元，同比增长12.2%，增速高出全省平均水平。(中文来源/河南日报 记者/孙静 编译/赵汉青 何蒙贺 视频/王君艺 审校/丁岚)
