The 9th Chinese Exposition of Museums and Relevant Products and Technologies (MPT-EXPO) kicked off at Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Approved by the National Cultural Heritage Administration, the 9th MPT-EXPO is co-hosted by the Chinese Museum Association, the Chinese Association of Natural Science Museums and the People's Government of Zhengzhou with the theme of "Museums in the New Era: Innovation, Development and Inheritance".

9月1日，第九届中国博物馆及相关产品与技术博览会（博博会）在郑州国际会展中心正式拉开帷幕。本届博博会经国家文物局批准，由中国博物馆协会、中国自然科学博物馆学会、郑州市人民政府共同主办，主题为“新时代的博物馆：创新·发展·传承”。

The MPT-EXPO, successfully held for eight sessions over the past 20 years, has developed from a grand event in the domestic museum sector into the one presenting the museum achievements and the excellent traditional Chinese culture. Its scale and quality have made it one of the world's three major museum-themed expositions as well as the largest one in Asia. Its unique role in serving the healthy and high-quality development of the museum undertakings and the creative transformation and innovative development of the related industries has promoted the high-quality development of the museum sector.

近二十年来连续八届成功举办，让博博会已经从国内文博界盛会发展成为了宣传全国博物馆事业成就，普及中华优秀传统文化的盛会。宏大的规模以及高质量的展览，让博博会成为全球三大博物馆行业展会之一，也是亚洲最大的博物馆专业展会，在服务文博事业健康高质量发展和相关行业创造性转化、创新性发展方面发挥独特作用，有效促进了文博行业高质量发展。

The 9th MPT-EXPO will last from September 1to 4. Covering an area of 60 thousand square meters, it is the largest ever in scale.
