Xuchang Huamao Park Operation Management Co Ltd imported a batch of hair products worth 667 thousand US dollars through Xuchang Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) on November 7. "Our products are not levied import taxes before they are shipped out of the bonded area, which improves the efficiency of international transactions, protects the interests of enterprises and lowers the costs," said a staff from Huamao.
11月7日，许昌华茂园区运营管理有限公司通过河南许昌保税物流中心（B型），以保税模式进口了一批价值66.7万美元的人发制品。公司负责人说：“产品只要不出区我们就不用付进口税款，这既提高了国际交易质量，保障了企业利益，也帮我们极大减轻了运营成本。”
Besides, many measures have been taken by Xuchang Bonded Logistics Center, such as setting up the equipment of warehouses for customs inspection, gates and electronic weighbridges, and providing "one-stop" services for export tax rebates and bonded import goods, which have attracted a large number of foreign trade enterprises in Xuchang and its surrounding areas. The enterprises can conduct such businesses as bonded warehousing, international logistics distribution, commodity displaying and trading in the center.
不仅如此，由于该中心高标准建设了海关查验仓库、卡口、电子地磅等设施，入区企业可开展保税仓储、国际物流配送、商品展示交易等业务，并可“一站式”解决出口退税、进口货物保税等问题，吸引了许昌及周边众多外贸企业纷纷入区备案发展。
In recent years, bonded logistics centers in Henan province have become crucial engines for the growth of foreign trade. So far, 4 bonded logistics centers have been established in Henan, namely Dezhong Bonded Logistics Center (Type B), Xuchang Bonded Logistics Center (Type B), Minquan Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) and Shangqiu Bonded Logistics Center (Type B). In the first three quarters, the total import and export value of these bonded centers saw a year-on-year increase of 82.4 percent to 4.56 billion yuan, remaining a robust vitality in foreign trade.
