The 2023 Online China (Zhengzhou) New Year Gala kicked off to the melodious Guzheng song Big Fish & Begonia.

随着沁人心脾的古筝乐曲《大鱼海棠》悠扬的响起，“2023中国（郑州）云端新年联欢会”登场了。

The performer was a blue-eyed and golden-haired boy who can not only play the Guzheng, but also share New Year's greetings in standard Mandarin. He has a pleasant Chinese name, Lv Zeyang, and his Romanian name is Lujerdean Adrian-Gabriel. He is a student of the Confucius Institute at Babes-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania - an International Friendship City of Zhengzhou.

这个金发碧眼的小伙子，不仅会娴熟地演奏古筝，还能用标准的汉语送上新年祝福。他有个好听的中文名字叫吕泽洋（罗马尼亚名字：Lujerdean Adrian-Gabriel），是巴比什博雅依大学孔子学院的学生，来自郑州市的国际友城罗马尼亚克卢日•纳波卡市。

This unique New Year party was full of highlights, including the classical Henan opera The Heroine of the Yangs performed by the Youth Troupe of Henan Opera Theater, Rui Zhegu performed by the Huaxia Ancient Orchestra of Henan Museum, The Song of Spring performed by the Zhengzhou Symphony Orchestra, songs sung by foreign guests in Zhengzhou and traditional musical instruments played by young people from overseas international friendship cities.

On the evening of December 31st, 2022, the 2023 Online China (Zhengzhou) New Year Gala kicked off, hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC's Zhengzhou Municipal Committee and organized by the international communication brand of Zhengzhou, WhereZhengzhou. This is a solemn ceremony to welcome the New Year, and a New Year greeting to friends in Zhengzhou and at home and abroad.
