A "Hongqiqu" passenger train (K8018) departed Zhengzhou city of Central China's Henan province for Hongqiqu (Hongqi Canal) in the province's Linzhou city at 7 o'clock on January 20, marking the successful launch of Hongqiqu Railway Station in Linzhou and ending the history of no railway service in the area.

1月20日早7点整，首开“红旗渠”号K8018次旅客列车从郑州站发车，开往安阳红旗渠。铁路红旗渠站也正式开办客运业务，结束了林州地区不通铁路旅客列车的历史。（中文来源/大河网 编译/杨佳欣）
