Henan's new targets for the development of commerce in 2023 were released at a teleconference held in Zhengzhou on February 5:
2月5日，河南商务工作电视电话会议在郑召开。会上，河南省商务厅党组书记、厅长王振利为2023年全省商务高质量发展定下了“小目标”：
Total retail sales of social consumer goods expand by 8 percent;
社会消费品零售总额增长8%；
Cargo imports and exports exceed 900 billion yuan;
货物进出口总值超过9000亿元；
Enhance quality while maintaining stability in the actual use of foreign capital;
实际使用外资稳中提质；
Seek progress while maintaining stability in foreign direct investment;
对外直接投资稳中有进；
Service imports and exports jump by 6 percent;
服务进出口增长6%；
Cross-border e-commerce imports and exports rise by 6 percent;
跨境电商进出口增长6%；
