郑州至莫斯科TIR跨境公路货运线路开通

中国牌照货车将首次驶出国门

 

On the morning of February 20, loaded with office supplies, a truck bearing the TIR sign departed Zhengzhou city of Central China's Henan province for Moscow under the supervision of Zhengzhou Customs, marking the successful launch of the TIR cross-border road freight between Zhengzhou and Moscow.

封关，起运！2月20日上午，郑州新郑综合保税区口岸作业区，一辆装载着办公用品的TIR运输车辆在郑州海关的监管下发车，郑州至莫斯科TIR跨境公路货运线路正式开通。

"The truck will enter Russia through Manzhouli Port in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region and is expected to arrive in Moscow within 8 days, with a journey covering a distance of about 9,800 kilometers," said Cui Zhenduo, general manager of Zhengzhou Hongyi Transportation Co., Ltd. As the only IRU member in Central China, Hongyi is responsible for this transport mission.

“卡车从郑州航空港区出发，将从内蒙古满洲里口岸出境进入俄罗斯，最终到达莫斯科，全程约9800公里，预计8天抵达。”郑州弘依运输有限公司总经理崔振铎说。该公司作为国际道路运输联盟(IRU)在中国中部地区唯一成员企业，负责全程营运此次TIR跨境公路货物运输。

 

According to the UN TIR Convention, TIR is an international customs transit system, aiming to help save time and money for transport operators and customs authorities when moving goods across borders. Approved vehicles with TIR permits can enjoy simplified customs clearance services in all TIR countries.

TIR运输，是根据联合国《国际公路运输公约》规定，基于国际跨境货物运输领域的全球性海关便利通关系统（TIR系统），开展的跨境公路运输物流模式。持有TIR证、经批准的车辆可在各TIR缔约国之间便捷通关。

 

"This cross-border road freight route is an extension of Henan's 'Land Silk Road' and provides strong support for Henan to build a modern and international logistics hub." According to Cheng Fei, deputy director of the Construction Bureau of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, so far 77 countries around the world have joined the UN TIR Convention, basically covering all the Belt and Road countries. In the near future, more trucks from Henan will be seen in these countries.

“郑州直达莫斯科跨境公路货运线路开通，是‘陆上丝绸之路’的拓展和延伸，为打造现代化、国际化物流枢纽提供了有力支撑。”郑州航空港区建设局副局长程飞说，目前，全球已有77个国家加入TIR公约，基本覆盖“一带一路”沿线国家，以后在这些国家会看到更多豫A籍货车。（中文来源/河南日报 记者/宋敏 孙静 编译/赵汉青 何蒙贺 审校/焦丹）
