Good news from Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone in Central China's Henan province on March 16 -- In the first two months of 2023, foreign trade value of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone expanded 19.5 percent year-on-year to 91.12 billion yuan, ranking 1st among China's 156 comprehensive bonded zones, said a source from Zhengzhou Customs.
3月16日，郑州新郑综合保税区传来捷报：据郑州海关统计，今年前2个月，新郑综保区进出口值911.2亿元，同比增长19.5%，进出口规模在全国156个综合保税区里居第1位。
"Processing trade of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone has been developing rapidly since January, presenting a strong growth momentum. The scale advantages of cross-border e-commerce businesses related to beauty and makeup products have been continuing to grow." According to Zhao Ming, head of Xinzheng Customs, during the January-February period, Xinzheng Customs has handled 9.6306 million cross-border e-commerce orders from Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone where the import and export value of processing trade reported a growth of 20.16 percent year-on-year to 89.879 billion yuan.
“今年以来，新郑综保区内加工贸易快速增长，势头强劲。以美妆产品为主的跨境电商集聚发展，规模优势持续增强。”新郑海关关长赵明介绍，前2个月，新郑海关共监管新郑综保区跨境电商进出口清单963.06万票；加工贸易进出口值898.79亿元，同比增长20.16%。
As a bridgehead for Henan's opening-up, Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone has attracted 103 foreign trade enterprises, with processing trade alone having driven over 600 supporting enterprises. It is worth noting that the foreign trade volume of Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone has jumped from 4.68 billion yuan in 2011 to 465.96 billion yuan in 2022, accounting for half of Henan's total foreign trade volume all year round.
