Henan invests 41.43 billion yuan in transport infrastructure in Q1
一季度河南省交通基础设施投资414.3亿元
With a year-on-year increase of 5.47 billion yuan or 15.2 percent, Henan's total investment in transport infrastructure reached 41.43 billion yuan in the first quarter of 2023, accounting for 27.5 percent of this year's total investment goal of 150.5 billion yuan, 5.2 percentage points higher than the province's growth rate target for this year.
4月14日，记者从河南省交通运输经济运行调度会上获悉，今年一季度，河南省交通基础设施累计完成投资414.3亿元，占年度目标1505亿元的27.5%，较去年同期增加54.7亿元、增长15.2%，高于全省年度增速目标5.2个百分点。
Passenger and cargo transport was growing rapidly. In the first quarter of this year, Henan's highways and waterways carried 64.856 million passengers with its passenger turnover hitting 6.44 billion person-kilometers, each increasing 52.7 percent and 70.9 percent year-on-year. Besides, the cargo carried by highways and waterways expanded 20.1 percent year-on-year to 600 million tons with the province's freight turnover rising 22.8 percent to 210.08 billion ton-kilometers. It is worth noting that the number of express packages transported by highways and waterways rose 18.7 percent year-on-year to 1.17 billion.
扩大交通有效投资的同时，客货运输增长迅速。一季度，河南省公路水路完成客运量6485.6万人次、旅客周转量64.4亿人公里，同比分别增长52.7%、70.9%；完成货运量6亿吨、货物周转量2100.8亿吨公里，同比分别增长20.1%、22.8%；完成快递业务量11.7亿件，同比增长18.7%。（中文来源/河南日报 记者/孙静 编译/杨佳欣 播音/实习生陈叶亮 审校/焦丹）
