Customs declarations on Henan's 'Single Window' platform surpass 1 billion so far

河南“单一窗口”跨境电商累计申报量突破10亿单

Fueled by the upgraded customs declaration services and the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, Henan's "Single Window" platform, allowing companies to declare cargo and taxes with a single submission, has handled over 1 billion customs declarations for the local foreign trade companies since 2016 when Zhengzhou, provincial capital of Henan, was approved to build a national comprehensive pilot zone for cross-border e-commerce, said a source from Henan E-Port Co Ltd on May 5. Henan has been in the vanguard across China in terms of "Single Window" business scale, customs declaration efficiency and service level.

5月5日，记者从河南电子口岸有限公司获悉，随着河南“单一窗口”扩容升级及全省跨境电商的迅猛发展，自2016年郑州获批国家跨境电子商务综合试验区，截至目前，河南省跨境电商企业通过“单一窗口”整体申报业务量累计突破10亿单。河南“单一窗口”业务规模、运营效能和服务水平均居全国同类型平台第一方阵。

As a key platform for the high-quality development of Henan's "Online Silk Road", the international trade "Single Window" could provide "one-stop" customs clearance service online featuring quick response and fast processing without delay, with a maximum processing speed of 1 thousand declarations per second and a stable processing capacity of more than 30 million daily declarations, thus providing more "global buy and sell" opportunities for Henan's enterprises and ensuring the smooth flow of international commodities in Henan. Statistically, in the first quarter of 2023, 45.6372 million declarations for cross-border e-commerce commodities worth 6.614 billion yuan were transacted on the "Single Window" platform.

作为支撑河南省“网上丝路”高质量发展的重要创新平台，“单一窗口”为企业提供“秒申报、秒通关”一站式在线免费通关服务。目前，河南“单一窗口”处理能力可达1000单/秒，单日稳定承载能力达3000万单以上，有效拓宽了豫企“买全球、卖全球”的渠道，成为全球商品在河南货畅其流的重要保障。今年一季度，“单一窗口”跨境电商申报单量和货值分别达4563.72万单、66.14亿元。

With the thriving development of cross-border e-commerce industry, more than 18 thousand kinds of high-quality commodities from over 60 countries and regions around the world, including cosmetics, milk powder and natural health products, have been distributed to other provinces after customs clearance in Henan, while more than 10 thousand Henan-made commodities have been sold across borders, such as clothing, household supplies, wigs and cosmetics brushes, etc. Henan has become an important distribution center of cross-border e-commerce goods.

此外，在跨境电商产业的支撑下，来自60余个国家和地区的化妆品、奶粉、保健品等超1.8万种优选商品在河南完成清关后发往全国各地；河南企业生产的服装、家居、假发、美容化妆刷等1万余种商品通关后销往海外。河南成为全国重要的跨境电商商品集散地。（中文来源/河南日报 记者/孙静 编译/杨佳欣 审校/丁岚）
