Henan's Jan-April import and export value exceeds 260 billion yuan
今年前4个月，河南外贸进出口超2600亿元
News from Zhengzhou Customs on May 17 -- In the first 4 months of this year, Henan's import and export value reached 263.85 billion yuan, ranking 9th in China and 1st in Central China, essentially the same as the first quarter. Exports contributed 178.86 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9 percent, while imports contributed 84.99 billion yuan, resulting in a trade surplus of 93.87 billion yuan, up 54.8 percent.
5月17日，郑州海关发布数据显示，今年前4个月，河南外贸进出口总值2638.5亿元。其中，出口1788.6亿元，比去年同期（下同）增长9%；进口849.9亿元；贸易顺差938.7亿元，扩大54.8%。外贸进出口总值位居全国第9位、中部第1位，与一季度持平。
More remarkable progress has been made in expanding into emerging markets for international trade. Specifically, Henan's foreign trade with RCEP member countries increased 3.6 percent year-on-year to 79.82 billion yuan, accounting for 30.3 percent of the province's total, an increase of 1.5 percentage points from the previous year. Besides, its trade with Belt and Road countries and regions increased 10.4 percent year-on-year to 77.68 billion yuan, contributing 29.4 percent to the province's total, 3.1 percentage points more than the previous year. It is worth noting that Henan's foreign trade with the five countries in Central Asia (Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in particular) increased 45.9 percent year-on-year to 1.73 billion yuan.
新兴贸易市场不断拓展。其中，对RCEP成员国进出口798.2亿元，增长3.6%，占30.3%，占比增加1.5个百分点；对“一带一路”沿线国家进出口776.8亿元，增长10.4%，占29.4%，占比增加3.1个百分点。值得关注的是，河南对中亚5国进出口17.3亿元，增长45.9%，其中乌兹别克斯坦与哈萨克斯坦成为河南重要贸易国。（中文来源/大河网 编译/杨佳欣）
