Publishers in Henan appeared in the 29th Beijing International Book Fair

“出版豫军”亮相2023年北京国际图书博览会

The 29th Beijing International Book Fair was held at the China National Convention Center in Beijing from June 15th to 18th, 2023. Under the organization of the Publicity Department of Henan Provincial Party Committee and the Administration of Press and Publication of Henan Province, 11 subsidiary publishing houses under Central China Publishing & Media Investment Holding Group (CCPMG) , Zhengzhou University Press and Henan University Press attended this Fair with their over 800 titles of books.

第29届北京国际图书博览会（BIBF）于2023年6月15日至18日期间在北京国家会议中心举行。在河南省委宣传部和省新闻出版局组织下，中原出版传媒集团旗下11家出版社及郑州大学出版社、河南大学出版社，精选800余种图书参展。

During the exhibition, CCPMG totally held 9 cultural exchange events, covering a variety of forms such as new book release meeting, reading sharing meeting, interactive lectures by famous writers, live broadcasts and copyright negotiations.

展会期间，中原出版传媒集团共举办了9场丰富多彩的文化交流活动，涵盖新书发布会、阅读分享、名家讲座、直播带货、版贸洽谈等多种形式。

The Elephant Press held a copyright licensing signing ceremony of My National Park series with two publishers from India and Mongolia on June 15th, respectively reaching an agreement with detailed terms and conditions in writing form. On 16th, Henan People's Press and a German publishing house joint held a copyright licensing signing ceremony for A Biography of Er'yue Heand Mencius. The other publishing houses also held signing ceremonies for copyright licensing or conductedcopyright negotiation. During the exhibition, many new customers from Vietnam, Lebanon and Sri Lanka also visited the booth of Henan's publishers, and they browse Henan's excellent books, asked some questions and talked about the copyright issues. Three representatives from a new Vietnamese publishing house expressed that they discovered Echoes of the Mysterious Forestand its companion titles unexpectedly and they were very glad and surprised, as the children in Vietnam love books of this genre very much. 大象出版社于6月15日与印度和蒙古的合作出版社举行了“我的国家公园”丛书的版权输出签约仪式，分别就该丛书的印地语和蒙古语的版权输出事宜达成了书面文件。河南人民出版社于16日与德国莱茵河出版社举行了《二月河传》和《孟子》的版权输出签约仪式。其他各家出版社也均有签约仪式或者版权洽谈活动举行。展会期间，有许多来自越南、黎巴嫩和斯里兰卡等国的新客户也来到豫版图书展厅中查看样书、询问和出版洽谈，其中有三名结伴而来的越南新客户说，他们意外发现了《秘境回声》等书，非常高兴，越南的孩子们很喜欢这种类型的图书。(中文来源：河南青年时报 编译：朱新涛)
