Henan's tech contract transactions hit record high in H1
河南上半年技术合同成交额再创新高
Inspiring news on July 14 -- A total of 9,399 technical contracts were registered across Central China's Henan province in the first half of 2023, with a value expanding by 12.8 percent from a year ago to a record high of 64.008 billion yuan, achieving the stated goal within the first 6 months.
7月14日，新出炉的一组统计数据令人振奋：今年上半年，河南省共登记技术合同9399项，技术合同成交额达到640.08亿元，同比增长12.8%，再创历史新高，实现了时间、任务双过半。
"Henan's technical contract turnover exceeded 100 billion yuan for the first time in 2022 and sustained robust momentum in the first half of this year, which is directly benefited from the province's optimized innovation environment, strengthened innovation capacity and enhanced technology transfer system," said He Shoufa, deputy director-general of the Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province, adding that Henan's technical services mainly present 3 features.
“2022年河南省技术合同成交额首次突破1000亿元大关，今年上半年成交额继续呈现高速增长势头，这是河南创新环境不断优化、创新能量日益增强、技术转移体系效能持续提升的直接体现。”河南省科技厅党组成员、副厅长何守法介绍，河南省技术交易主要呈现三大特点。
First, the high-tech service industry saw rapid growth. The transaction volume of technical services in high-tech sector went up 18.5 percent year-on-year to 36.675 billion yuan during the January-June period, accounting for 57.3 percent of the province's technical contract turnover. Technical services of advanced manufacturing and electronic information contributed 23 percent and 18.7 percent, respectively, to the turnover of technology development contracts. The industries of new material and advanced manufacturing occupied 29.6 percent and 16 percent of the transaction volume of technology transfer contracts.
高新技术领域技术交易保持迅猛增势。上半年，河南省高新技术领域技术交易保持高速增长趋势，技术合同成交额达到366.75亿元，占比57.3%，同比增长了18.5个百分点。在技术开发领域中，占比较大的产业是先进制造、电子信息，分别占技术开发合同成交额的23%、18.7%；在技术转让领域中，占比较大的产业是新材料、先进制造，分别占技术转让合同成交额的29.6%、16%。
Second, enterprises still took the lead in tech transactions. A total of 61.208 billion yuan, making up 95.6 percent of turnover, was accomplished by the companies across Henan with a year-on-year increase of 11.7 percent. Urban construction and social development, advanced manufacturing, new energy and efficient energy conservation contributed relatively more to the province's technical contract turnover: 33.1 percent, 17.7 percent and 13.4 percent, respectively.
企业仍是技术交易的“主力军”。企业法人继续保持技术交易主体地位，企业技术合同成交额612.08亿元，同比增长11.7%，占全省技术合同成交额的95.6%，其中城市建设与社会发展、先进制造、新能源与高效节能领域占比较大，分别占企业技术合同成交额的33.1%、17.7%、13.4%。
Third, the turnover of tech contracts signed at colleges and universities provincewide increased rapidly. Tech services of electronic information and new energy for energy efficiency and conservation contributed 31.7 percent and 17.5 percent to the total volume of 1.166 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 47.8 percent.
高校技术合同成交额增长较快。省内高校技术合同成交额11.66亿元，同比增长47.8%，其中，电子信息、新能源与高效节能领域交易较为活跃，分别占高校技术合同成交额的31.7%、17.5%。（中文来源/河南日报 记者/尹江勇 编译/杨佳欣 审校/丁岚）
