Henan's Jan-July import and export value exceeds 440 billion yuan
前7个月，河南外贸进出口总值超4400亿元
Henan's foreign trade registered a stable recovery in the last four months. July even witnessed a fast growth momentum. In the first seven months of 2023, Henan's import and export value reached 440.18 billion yuan, of which 60.22 billion yuan was made in July alone, a year-on-year increase of 5.4 percent, with a growth rate 13.7 percentage points higher than the national average. Specifically, in July, Henan's exports saw a year-on-year increase of 8.1 percent to 40.79 billion yuan, while imports 0.1 percent to 19.43 billion yuan, said a source from Zhengzhou Customs on August 15.
在经历前期的顶压前行后，河南省外贸近4个月逐步呈现回暖趋势，7月份迎来较快增长。8月15日，郑州海关发布消息，今年前7个月，河南外贸进出口总值4401.8亿元，其中7月份当月，外贸进出口602.2亿元，同比增长5.4%，高于同期全国增速13.7个百分点。其中，出口407.9亿元，增长8.1%；进口194.3亿元，增长0.1%。
The number of foreign trade enterprises with profits reached 10,058 in the first seven months, a year-on-year increase of 8.3 percent. Besides, the number of key enterprises with their foreign trade value exceeding 50 million yuan reached 611, contributing 88.1 percent to the province's total foreign trade value. Compared with the figure of last year, the number of influential enterprises increased 21.
从参与外贸主体看，全省有实绩的外贸企业数量突破1万家，规模持续壮大。前7个月，河南有进出口实绩的外贸企业数量达10058家，同比增加8.3%，增加772家。从企业外贸规模看，进出口值5000万元以上的重点企业611家，进出口值占同期河南外贸进出口总值的88.1%，与去年同期相比，“大块头”企业数量增加21家。
Henan's trade with RCEP trading partners as well as countries and regions along the Belt and Road kept expanding continuously over the past seven months, bringing more business orders to the local enterprises. The United States, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, the European Union, South Korean and China's Taiwan region remained its top trading partners. Specifically, Henan's trade with RCEP member countries jumped 2.8 percent year-on-year to 132.33 billion yuan, accounting for 30.1 percent (1.5 percentage points higher over last year) of the province's total foreign trade value, while with countries and regions along the Belt and Road expanded 10.8 percent to 133.77 billion yuan, accounting for 30.4 percent (3.6 percentage points higher over last year) of the province's total foreign trade value.
从贸易伙伴看，RCEP成员国、“一带一路”等新兴市场再拓展，外贸企业获得订单的来源地更加广泛。前7个月，美国、东盟、欧盟、韩国、中国台湾地区为河南前五大贸易伙伴。此外，河南对RCEP成员国进出口1323.3亿元，同比增长2.8%，占30.1%，占比增加1.5个百分点；与“一带一路”沿线国家进出口1337.7亿元，同比增长10.8%，占30.4%，占比增加3.6个百分点。
Henan's comprehensive bonded zones (areas) contributed over 50 percent to the province's total foreign trade value over the past seven months, and its bonded logistics centers also saw a robust foreign trade growth. Statistically, from January to July, Henan's comprehensive bonded zones (areas) saw their foreign trade value stand at 227.38 billion yuan, accounting for 51.7 percent of the province's total foreign trade value. Zhengzhou Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone’s foreign trade value totaled 208 billion yuan, ranking 2nd among other comprehensive bonded zones across China. Henan’s bonded logistics centers’ foreign trade value surged 29.6 percent to 4.38 billion yuan.
从开放平台看，综合保税区进出口占全省外贸过半数，保税物流中心进出口增长较快。前7个月，全省综合保税区进出口合计2273.8亿元，占比51.7%。其中，新郑综合保税区进出口2080亿元，进出口规模在全国综合保税区中居第2位。全省保税物流中心进出口43.8亿元，高位增长29.6%。
The import and export value of vehicles, agricultural products and hair products registered rapid growth. During the January-July period, the import and export value of mechanical and electronic products increased 8.9 percent year-on-year to 185.52 billion yuan, accounting for 63.7 percent of the province's total foreign trade value, while that of vehicles expanded 3.5 times to 14.22 billion yuan. Henan's exports of electric vehicles, lithium batteries and solar cells reached 4.13 billion yuan, up 91.8 percent year-on-year, while the imports of metal ores and agricultural products registered a substantial growth.
从主要进出口商品看，汽车、农产品、人发制品快速增长。前7个月，河南出口机电产品1855.2亿元，同比增长8.9%，占全省出口值的63.7%。出口汽车142.2亿元，增长3.5倍。值得关注的是，电动汽车、锂电池、太阳能电池“新三样”产品合计出口41.3亿元，同比增长91.8%。进口商品方面，金属矿砂和农产品大幅增长。
During the period, 8 prefecture-level cities' foreign trade value exceeded 11 billion yuan, contributing 89.1 percent to the provinc's total foreign trade value, namely Zhengzhou (287.54 billion yuan), Jiyuan (22.52 billion yuan), Xuchang (16.17 billion yuan), Nanyang (14.67 billion yuan), Luoyang (13.5 billion yuan), Jiaozuo (13.4 billion yuan), Sanmenxia (12.91 billion yuan) and Puyang (11.42 billion yuan).
