Henan ushers in grand events

The 14th Games of Henan Province and the 8th Games of Henan Province for the Disabled kicked off in National Heritage Park of Capital Ruins of Sui (581-618) and Tang (618-907) Dynasties in Luoyang city of Central China's Henan province on the evening of August 18.
