Zhengzhou airport sees 660 thousand passenger throughput during double holiday

Based on the preliminary statistics, Zhengzhou airport handled over 4,700 flights and sent a total of 660 thousand passengers during the Mid-Autumn Festival and the National Day holidays, said a source from Henan Airport Group on October 6.

10月6日，记者从河南机场集团获悉，经初步统计，中秋、国庆假期期间，郑州机场共执行航班4700余架次，累计发送旅客66万人次。

During the 8-day holiday, a large number of tourists chose to travel by air, going sightseeing or visiting relatives and friends. Shenzhen, Kunming, Guangzhou, Urumqi, Chengdu, Shanghai, Haikou, Xiamen, Fuzhou and Guiyang were relatively popular travel destinations. The overall passenger flow of Zhengzhou airport remained high during the double holiday, with a sharp rise on the first day (September 29) and the last day (October 6). September 29 saw the highest passenger traffic, with 618 flights and 85 thousand passengers handled.

在8天长假期间，广大旅客选择飞机旅游度假、探亲访友等出行需求旺盛，其中郑州飞往深圳、昆明、广州、乌鲁木齐、成都、上海、海口、厦门、福州、贵阳等航线较为热门，郑州机场的双节运输基本保持在较高位运行，其中假期首日（9月29日）和最后一天（10月6日），客流明显增多，最多一天出现在9月29日，当天执行航班618架次，有8.5万名旅客在此抵离。（中文来源/大河网 记者/祝传鹏 编译/周金淼 杨佳欣 审校/丁岚）
