Gary Lee Todd, a 74-year-old professor in history from the United States, has taught at Sias University in Zhengzhou city of Henan province for 15 years from 2005 to 2020. He taught American and British history to Chinese students and Chinese history to international students at Sias. Gary found that he had developed a deep affection for the city, so he returned in 2022 and continued his work of spreading Chinese history and culture, writing books, giving lectures, and uploading photos of Chinese museums to his website.
