From January to October of 2023, Henan's import and export value reached 657.23 billion yuan, among which 427.1 billion yuan was contributed by export while 230.13 billion yuan by import, resulting in a trade surplus of 196.97 billion yuan, up 20.8 percent year-on-year, said a source from Zhengzhou Customs on December 16. In October alone, Henan's foreign trade value expanded 7.6 percent month-on-month to 85.65 billion yuan, reporting a steady growth for two consecutive months.

11月16日，郑州海关发布统计数据显示，今年前10个月，河南外贸进出口总值6572.3亿元。其中，出口4271亿元，进口2301.3亿元，贸易顺差1969.7亿元，比去年同期（下同）扩大20.8%。10月份，河南外贸进出口856.5亿元，环比9月份增长7.6%，连续2个月保持环比增长。

Number of foreign trade enterprises exceeded 10 thousand, up nearly 10 percent

外贸企业数量超过1万家，增长近一成

In the first 10 months this year, the number of foreign trade enterprises with actual import and export revenues in Henan reached 11,140, an increase of 926 or 9.1 percent year-on-year. Besides, the number of major enterprises with their import and export value exceeding 50 million yuan in Henan jumped from 810 to 861, contributing 90.6 percent to Henan's total import and export volume.

前10个月，河南有进出口实绩的外贸企业数量达11140家，同比增加9.1%，净增加926家。从企业外贸规模看，进出口值5000万元以上的重点企业861家，进出口值占同期全省外贸进出口总值（下同）的90.6%，与去年同期相比，数量增加51家。

河南与共建“一带一路”国家进出口2890.1亿元

During the January to October period, the US, the ASEAN, the EU, South Korea and China's Taiwan region remained Henan's top five trade partners, with whom Henan's  import and export trade value stood at 125.26 billion yuan, 85.41 billion yuan, 73.78 billion yuan, 59.04 billion yuan and 46.4 billion yuan respectively. They contributed 59.3 percent to the province's total foreign trade value. Besides, during the same period, Henan's foreign trade value with the countries along the Belt and Road reached 289.01 billion yuan, accounting for 44 percent of the provincial total, 3 percentage points higher than the same period last year, while with the RCEP member countries 197.65 billion yuan, accounting for 30.1 percent of the provincial total, 0.4 percentage points higher.

前10个月，美国、东盟、欧盟、韩国、中国台湾地区为河南前五大贸易伙伴，分别进出口1252.6亿元、854.1亿元、737.8亿元、590.4亿元和464亿元，合计占比59.3%。同期，河南与共建“一带一路”国家进出口2890.1亿元，占44%，占比增加3个百分点。河南对RCEP成员国进出口1976.5亿元，占30.1%，占比增加0.4个百分点。

Foreign trade value of Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone totaled 327.54 billion yuan, ranking 2nd in China

新郑综合保税区进出口3275.4亿元，规模居全国第2位

Over the past 10 months, the import and export value of Henan's comprehensive bonded zones totaled 353.74 billion yuan, accounting for 53.8 percent of the provincial total, of which 327.54 billion yuan was contributed by Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone, ranking 2nd among all the comprehensive bonded zones in China. Besides, the import and export value of Henan's bonded logistics centers saw a year-on-year increase of 19.4 percent to 5.92 billion yuan, among which 2.96 billion yuan was contributed by Shangqiu Bonded Logistics Center (Type B), with a year-on-year increase of 4.2 percent, ranking 11th among all the bonded logistics centers in China. In addition, foreign trade value of Kaifeng area of China (Henan) Pilot Free Trade Zone saw a year-on-year increase of 128.1 percent to 3.87 billion yuan.

前10个月，全省综合保税区进出口合计3537.4亿元，占比53.8%，其中，新郑综保区进出口3275.4亿元，进出口规模在全国综保区中居第2位。全省保税物流中心进出口59.2亿元，增长19.4%，其中，商丘保税物流中心（B型）进出口29.6亿元，增长4.2%，在全国保税物流中心中排第11位。在全省自贸试验区中，开封片区进出口38.7亿元，增长128.1%。（中文来源/大河网 记者/贺志泉 编译/杨佳欣 审校/丁岚）
