Henan's Jan-Nov foreign trade value exceeds 730 billion yuan

前11个月河南外贸进出口总值超7300亿元

Henan's foreign trade value reached 735.99 billion yuan in the first 11 months of 2023, in which 477.01 billion yuan was contributed by exports with a year-on-year increase of 2.6 percent while 258.98 by imports, resulting in a trade surplus of 218.03 billion yuan, up 27.9 percent from a year earlier, said Zhengzhou Customs on December 14.

大河网讯 12月14日，郑州海关发布统计数据显示，今年前11个月，河南外贸进出口总值7359.9亿元。其中，出口4770.1亿元，增长2.6%，进口2589.8亿元，贸易顺差2180.3亿元，比去年同期扩大27.9%。

Over the past 11 months, the US, the ASEAN, the EU, South Korea and China's Taiwan region were still Henan's top five trading partners, each contributing 137.87 billion yuan, 96.19 billion yuan, 83.96 billion yuan, 67.38 billion yuan and 53.33 billion yuan respectively, or all contributing 59.6 percent to the province’s total foreign trade. Besides, Henan's trade with the Belt and Road countries saw a year-on-year increase of 1.9 percent to 322.02 billion yuan, accounting for 43.8 percent of the province's total (2.1 percentage points higher over the same period last year), and its trade with the RCEP member countries stood at 223.61 billion yuan, accounting for 30.4 percent of the total (0.4 percentage points higher).

前11个月，美国、东盟、欧盟、韩国、中国台湾地区为河南前五大贸易伙伴，分别进出口1378.7亿元、961.9亿元、839.6亿元、673.8亿元和533.3亿元，合计占比59.6%。同期，河南与“一带一路”共建国家进出口3220.2亿元，增长1.9%，占43.8%，占比增加2.1个百分点。河南对RCEP成员国进出口2236.1亿元，占30.4%，占比增加0.4个百分点。

全省综合保税区进出口合计4033亿元，占比过半

During the January-November period, Henan's comprehensive bonded zones (areas) contributed 403.3 billion yuan or 54.8 percent to the province's total foreign trade value, of which 375.34 billion yuan was contributed by Xinzheng Comprehensive Bonded Zone whose foreign trade value topped other comprehensive bonded zones (areas) across China. Besides, the import and export value of Henan's bonded logistics centers expanded 16.3 percent year-on-year to 6.28 billion yuan, of which 3.11 billion yuan was contributed by Shangqiu Bonded Logistics Center (Type B) with a year-on-year increase of 3.4 percent. It is worth noting that among the pilot free trade zones (areas) across Henan, Kaifeng's import and export value saw a year-on-year increase of 165.4 percent to 4.84 billion yuan.

前11个月，全省综合保税区进出口合计4033亿元，占比54.8%，其中，新郑综保区进出口3753.4亿元，进出口规模在全国综保区中居第1位。全省保税物流中心进出口62.8亿元，增长16.3%，其中，商丘保税物流中心（B型）进出口31.1亿元，增长3.4%。在全省自贸试验区中，开封片区进出口48.4亿元，同比增长165.4%。

Over the past 11 months, 314.07 billion yuan of mechanical and electrical products were exported, accounting for 65.8 percent of the province's total export value, of which 222.5 billion yuan was contributed by mobile phones, accounting for 46.6 percent. Notably, 23.14 billion yuan of automobiles were contributed during the same period, up 107.1 percent from a year earlier. Besides, labor-intensive products worth 29.03 billion yuan were exported with a year-on-year increase of 0.1 percent, of which 8.15 billion yuan was made by furniture while 18.29 billion yuan by human hair products, each increasing 14.4 percent and 16 percent.
