CRE Train (Henan) trips surge 168% y-o-y in Jan-Nov

河南中欧（亚）班列提前完成年度目标任务 前11个月开行量同比增长168%

Lots of trucks with license plates of different provinces in China were busy working at Zhengzhou Railway Container Central Station on December 21. After customs clearance, goods will be unloaded from the trucks and reloaded onto China Railway Express freight trains bound for countries of Europe, Central Asia and Southeast Asia along the Land Silk Road.

12月21日，郑州铁路集装箱中心站海关监管区，悬挂不同省份牌照的大货车川流不息，天南海北的各类货物从这里通关后，进入车站平台装货上班列，搭乘“钢铁驼队”，通过“陆上丝绸之路”出口到欧洲、中亚、东南亚等国家和地区。

By the end of November, CRE Train (Henan) has completed 3,269 trips (including 923 outbound trips and 2,346 inbound trips), up 168 percent year-on-year, meeting the annual target of 3,000 trips ahead of schedule, said a source from the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province.

当日，记者从河南省发展改革委获悉，截至11月底，今年河南省中欧（亚）班列开行量达3269列（去程923列、返程2346列），同比增长168%，提前完成年度开行3000班次目标任务。

Since January, Henan has taken comprehensive measures to enhance CRE services for building itself into a strong province with high-level opening-up and deeply integrating itself into the Belt and Road Initiative. Since July, the number of services saw solid growth, with an average of over 490 trips per month, and it is worth noting that the number exceeded 600 in October. In the second half of this year, the number of its return trips topped others across China, according to the statistics released by the China Railway Express Freight Train Transportation Coordination Committee.

今年以来河南省把中欧（亚）班列作为建设开放强省、深度融入共建“一带一路”的重要抓手，多措并举、高位推动班列扩量提质。下半年以来，班列开行呈现大幅提升态势，月均开行490列以上，其中10月份开行突破600班次。据中欧班列运输协调委员会公布各省中欧班列质量评价指标显示，下半年河南中欧班列返程开行量居全国首位。

According to Zhengzhou Customs, the CRE (Henan) freight train service network domestically covering all the province-level places across China except Xizang autonomous region and globally reaching more than 140 cities of 40 countries in Europe and Asia has been playing an important role in the national logistics system.

据郑州海关统计，河南中欧（亚）班列国内集疏网络已覆盖除西藏以外的所有内地省份，境外网络覆盖欧亚40个国家140余个城市，有效发挥了立足中原、服务全国的战略通道作用。

High-level opening-up needs strong support from advantageous logistics network. At the end of June, the Zhengzhou-St. Petersburg freight route was launched, adding a new overseas direct destination of CRE (Henan) freight trains. So far, Henan has formed an international logistics network with 21 overseas direct destinations and 8 entry/exit ports, further upgrading logistics channels connected to Europe, Central Asia, ASEAN, Japan, South Korean and other countries and regions worldwide.

大开放需要大通道的强力支撑。今年6月底，随着“郑州—俄罗斯圣彼得堡”线路的正式开通，河南中欧（亚）班列在境外的直达站点再增一个，构建起“21个境外直达站点、8个出入境口岸”的国际物流网络，畅通了欧洲、中亚、东盟及日韩等四个方向的国际物流干线通道。（中文来源/河南日报 记者/孙静 编译/杨佳欣 审校/丁岚）
