Henan has fostered 36 provincial-level cross-border e-commerce demonstration parks
河南已培育认定36个省级跨境电商示范园区
On January 12, anchors were busy selling local products, including toys, carpets and daily necessities, at a row of neatly arranged live-streaming rooms in Neixiang Cross-border E-commerce Park in Nanyang city, Central China's Henan province. "We focus on cross-border e-commerce industry incubation, talent training and enterprise services, and help enhance the influence of small and medium-sized businesses in the global market by promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce." According to Neixiang Cross-border E-commerce Park, 56 cross-border enterprises have been settled in the park, reporting a trade volume of 426 million yuan in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 17 percent.

The third batch of provincial-level cross-border e-commerce demonstration parks as well as talent training and business incubation platforms have been released recently, according to the Department of Commerce of Henan Province, including 8 cross-border e-commerce demonstration parks such as Henan E-commerce Industrial Park and Neixiang Cross-border E-commerce Park as well as 13 cross-border e-commerce talent training and business incubation platforms such as Jinyuan Cross-border E-commerce Talent Training & Incubation Platform and Easy Cross-border E-commerce College.
记者了解到，河南省商务厅近日公布第三批省级跨境电商示范园区、人才培训暨企业孵化平台名单，河南省电子商务产业园、内乡县跨境电商园等8个园区被认定为“河南省跨境电子商务示范园区”，金源跨境电商人才培训孵化平台、易跨境电商学院等13个平台为“河南省跨境电子商务人才培训暨企业孵化平台”。
"Cultivating cross-border e-commerce demonstration parks as well as talent training and enterprise incubation platforms is an important step in promoting the development of cross-border e-commerce. Serving as carriers for developing cross-border e-commerce, they play a significant role in promoting enterprise agglomeration, forming a perfect ecology and accelerating talent training." According to the Department of Commerce of Henan Province, Henan has cultivated 36 provincial-level cross-border e-commerce demonstration parks and 25 cross-border e-commerce talent training and business incubation platforms.
“培育支持跨境电商示范园区和人才培训暨企业孵化平台，是推动跨境电商发展的重要举措，也是各地发展跨境电商的载体，对促进企业集聚、形成完善生态、加快人才培训具有重要作用。”河南省商务厅有关负责人说，目前，河南省已培育认定36个省级跨境电商示范园区，25个跨境电商人才培训暨企业孵化平台。
In addition to the existing cross-border e-commerce demonstration parks in Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Nanyang, the State Council approved the establishment of two other cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones in Henan, one in Xuchang and the other in Jiaozuo, bringing the total number of such pilot zones in the province to 5. Now, a new pattern has emerged where cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones play a leading role while prefecture-level cities pursue interconnected development. In the first 11 months of 2023, Henan's cross-border e-commerce imports and exports reached 220.8 billion yuan with a year-on-year increase of 10.5 percent. The yearly figure is expected to exceed 240 billion yuan, reaching a new high.
除了跨境电商示范园区，2023年，继郑州、洛阳、南阳之后，国务院批复设立许昌和焦作2个跨境电商综合试验区，全省综试区扩容至5个，初步形成了跨境电商综试区示范引领、多城市联动发展的格局。前11个月，全省跨境电商进出口2208亿元，增长10.5%，预计全年进出口突破2400亿元，规模再上新台阶。（中文来源/河南日报 记者/宋敏 编译/杨佳欣 审校/张军平）
