Zhengzhou's cross-border e-commerce transactions rank 1st in Central China in 2023

Cross-border e-commerce transactions in Zhengzhou exceeded 125 billion yuan in 2023, ranking first among all cities in Central China, said a source from Zhengzhou Bureau of Commerce on January 10.
1月10日，记者从郑州市商务局获悉，去年郑州市跨境电商交易额超过1250亿元，在中部地区城市中居第一位。
Focusing on its goal of "buying globally and selling globally", Zhengzhou pioneered the "1210" customs supervision mode, contributing its efforts to the development of China's cross-border e-commerce industry. Besides, with the platform of the Global Cross-border E-commerce Conference, Zhengzhou set up the Alliance for Promoting Innovation in Cross-border E-commerce Standards and Rules, endeavoring to explore new standards and rules for international trade. It is worth noting that China's only Designated Platform for National Cross-border Drug Pilot has been in service in Zhengzhou, by which has garnered worldwide attention, attracting cross-border e-commerce enterprises through holding cross-border e-commerce summits.
据介绍，郑州市围绕“买全球、卖全球”的目标，首创了“1210”海关监管模式，为跨境电商行业发展贡献了郑州智慧。借助全球跨境电商大会平台，郑州市成立跨境电子商务标准与规则创新促进联盟，全力探索国际贸易新标准、新规则，落地运营了全国唯一的跨境电商零售进口药品试点，还通过举办跨境电商峰会吸引各地跨境电商企业集聚。
Also, Zhengzhou carried out a series of preferential policies and strived to build more platforms to facilitate the local cross-border e-commerce enterprises to meet global needs. Besides, Zhengzhou has always committed to the goal of "leading the establishment of cross-border e-commerce rules", providing a broad space for cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
同时，郑州市还出台了多项利好政策，搭建完善的平台体系，推动跨境电商规则与全球规则接轨，始终致力于“引领制定跨境电商规则体系”，为跨境电商提供了广阔的发展空间。
According to Zhengzhou Bureau of Commerce, “In 2023, Zhengzhou successfully hosted the 7th Global Cross-border E-commerce Conference, and saw its cross-border e-commerce transaction volume exceeding 125 billion yuan, marking a 10 percent year-on-year increase. Ranking first among all cities in Central China, Zhengzhou established itself as a leading force in the field of cross-border e-commerce.”
“2023年郑州成功举办了第七届全球跨境电子商务大会，跨境电商年交易额超过1250亿元、同比增长10%，居中部第一，进入全国第一方阵。”郑州市商务局相关负责人说。
Boosted by cross-border e-commerce, the import and export value of Zhengzhou in 2023 is expected to reach 540 billion yuan, accounting for 67 percent of the province's total.
