Henan's cross-border e-commerce import and export value reaches 237.12 billion yuan in 2023

Cross-border e-commerce has spawned a number of characteristic industrial belt shighly competitive in Henan, including not only traditional industrial belts such as equipment machinery, aluminum products, wigsand edible fungi, but also emerging industrial belts such as makeup brushes, artificial flowers, bee products, lithium batteries. They have fostered new growth drivers for Henan's foreign trade.
跨境电商催生河南多个具有较强竞争力的特色产业带，既有装备机械、铝制品、许昌假发、食用菌等传统产业带，也有鹿邑化妆刷、社旗仿真花、长葛蜂制品、新乡锂电池等新兴产业带，为河南外贸发展带来新的增长点。
The value of Henan's cross-border e-commerce imports and exports (including express parcels) reached 237.12 billion yuan in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 7.3 percent, according to the Department of Commerce of Henan. Specifically, 870 million yuan of express parcels was exported, a year-on-year increase of 27.9 percent. 125.33 billion yuan or 53 percent was contributed by Zhengzhou, a year-on-year increase of 6.3 percent. The growth rate of Zhoukou, Hebi and Anyang exceeded 20 percent respectively.
据河南省商务厅统计，2023年，全省跨境电商进出口额（含快递包裹）2371.2亿元，同比增长7.3%。其中，快递包裹出口货值8.7亿元，同比增长27.9%；郑州跨境电商进出口额1253.3亿元、同比增长6.3%，规模占全省总额的53%；周口、鹤壁、安阳3市跨境电商进出口增幅均超过20%。

To help more companies expand their online business overseas, Henan keeps developing its cross-border e-commerce industry. At present, 36 provincial-level cross-border e-commerce demonstration parks, 25 cross-border e-commerce talent training and business incubation platforms and 12 provincial-level overseas warehouse demonstration enterprises have been officially approved. Now, 36 provincial-level foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises are granted to provide business guidance for cross-border e-commerce enterprises going global from the ground up. The number of schools offering cross-border e-commerce majors across the province has jumped to 19.
为助力更多企业“上网出海”，河南着力完善跨境电商产业生态。目前，全省已培育认定36个省级跨境电商示范园区，25个跨境电商人才培训暨企业孵化平台；认定了12家省级海外仓示范企业；36家省级外综服企业为跨境电商出海提供“从0到1”的业务指导；全省开设跨境电子商务专业的院校增至19家。

In 2023, the import and export value of the 5 cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones mentioned above reached 172.39 billion yuan, accounting for 72.7 percent of the province's total.
"2016年以来，我省先后获批设立5个跨境电商综合试验区，支撑跨境电商监管模式创新，产业生态发展走在全国前列。“河南省商务厅相关负责人表示，以创新驱动发展，以创新保持优势，创新已成为河南“网上丝路”发展最鲜明的底色。2023年，全省5个跨境电商综试区进出口额达1723.9亿元，占全省总额的72.7%。
