The charging volume of electric vehicles in Henan province has advanced to a new level amid the Chinese New Year period, said the State Grid Henan Electric Power Company on February 19. During the eight-day Spring Festival holiday, the charging times for EVs in Henan stood at 1.06 million, with a total charging volume of 27.96 million kWh, marking a year-on-year increase of 49 percent and reaching a record high. The charging volume is equivalent to reducing the consumption of 3.25 million liters of 92-grade gasoline, the power supplier said.

2月19日，记者从国网河南省电力公司获悉，河南省充电智能服务平台显示，春节假期，我省新能源充电设施累计充电106.17万次，累计充电量2795.5万千瓦时、同比增长49%，创历史新高，相当于减少92号汽油消耗324.6万升。

Henan has been accelerating the construction of a digitalized, intelligent, and efficient charging infrastructure system in recent years. According to the latest data from Henan's smart charging service platform, the province now has cooperated with 231 charge point operators and holds 6,494 public charging stations and 70,885 charging piles.

近年来，我省坚持网络化、数字化、智能化发展方向，推动充电基础设施科学布局建设，加快构建适度超前、布局均衡、智能高效的充电基础设施体系。目前，河南省充电智能服务平台已接入运营商平台231个、公共充电站6494座、充电桩70885个。

According to the State Grid Henan Electric Power Company, the use efficiency of EV charging stations during the Spring Festival holiday has significantly increased, with a total charging volume of 5.16 million kWh and an average daily charging volume of 0.64 million kWh, a year-on-year increase of 73.14%. The year-on-year growth rate of charging volume ranks fifth in the State Grid system. On February 15, the charging volume reached its peak of 0.78 million kWh, 2.37 times higher than usual.

从国网河南省电力公司在全省运营的电动汽车充电设施看，春节假期利用效率大幅上升，总充电量515.54万千瓦时，日均充电量64.44万千瓦时，同比增长73.14%，充电量同比增幅居国网系统第5位。其中，2月15日充电量达到最高值，为78.31万千瓦时，是平日的2.37倍。（中文来源/河南日报 记者/宋敏 编译/童林 审校/丁岚）
