He stressed the importance to thoroughly implement the instructions made by President Xi Jinping, also general secretary of the CPC Central Committee, in his important speeches during his inspection in Henan, earnestly carry out the work plans mapped out by the CPC Henan Provincial Committee and spare no efforts to boost production for development, to strive for a good start and lay a solid foundation for the completion of the annual target.

Wang Kai stressed that departments at all levels should work hard with a competitive spirit in the New Year to achieve new breakthroughs and meet the annual target. Besides, it is necessary to further promote the campaign of "10,000 people helping 10,000 enterprises", improve professional and targeted services, and earnestly implement the policies and measures for a good start in the first quarter, coordinate the employment, capital and other factors for companies' resumption of production and projects.
