The transaction volume of technical contracts in Central China's Henan province maintained rapid growth in 2023 after exceeding 100 billion yuan for the first time in 2022. More than 20 thousand technical contracts were registered in Henan, with a transaction volume hitting a record high of 136.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 33 percent, said a source from the Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province.
近日，记者从河南省科技厅获悉，继2022年全省技术合同成交额首次突破1000亿元后，2023年继续实现了高速发展，全省共登记技术合同2万余项，技术合同成交额达到1367亿元，同比增长33%，再创历史新高。

统计显示，2023年河南省技术合同交易主要呈现以下几个特点。
High-tech transactions continued to grow. In 2023, the volume of high-tech transactions reached 71 billion yuan, accounting for 52 percent of the total, maintaining rapid growth. Among them, those related to advanced manufacturing reached 26 billion yuan, accounting for 37percent, topping other contracts.
高新技术领域技术交易持续增长。2023年，河南省高新技术领域技术交易保持高速增长趋势，成交额达到710亿元，占全省技术合同成交额的52%。高新技术领域中，先进制造领域技术合同成交额达到260亿元，占比37%，位列第一。
Enterprises were still the main force in technical transactions. Legal persons continued to maintain the main position in technical transactions, with a transaction volume of 128.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 31 percent, accounting for 94 percent of the total. Among them, those related to urban construction and social development, advanced manufacturing, new energy and high-efficiency energy conservation accounted for a large proportion.
企业仍是技术交易的主力军。企业法人继续保持技术交易主体地位，技术合同成交额1288亿元，同比增长31%，占全省技术合同成交额的94%。其中，城市建设与社会发展、先进制造、新能源与高效节能领域技术合同占比较大。
Technical transactions of universities grew rapidly. In 2023, the transaction volume of technical contracts of universities stood at 2.8 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 64 percent. Among them, those related to electronic information, advanced manufacturing, new energy and high-efficiency energy conservation accounted for a large proportion.
