They are the stone-carved Sogdian Whirl dance tomb gates unearthed from the YanziLiang Tomb Group of the Tang Dynasty in Ningxia. In the center of each stone gate, there is a shallow carving of a male performer. Both of them were holding long silk ribbons, spinning and dancing on a beautifully woven carpet. For the first time, the "Sogdian Whirl dance" only recorded in historical books, and poetry is vividly reproduced in physical form.
