Do you know that the band tours that modern people liked to watch already existed during the Tang Dynasty? Let's take a look at what did they look like!

This Sancai Glazed Figure of Camel Carrying Musicians unearthed from a Tang tomb in Shaanxi Province depicts a live band performance on the ancient Silk Road. Seven male musicians sit with their backs facing each other, holding sheng, xiao, pipa, konghou, flute, clapper, and panpipe to play music. A female singer stood in the circle they formed. She is undoubtedly the Center. The camel serves as their stage, allowing them to sing and perform wherever they go.

This work vividly showcases the prosperity and exchange scenes along the Silk Road, such as commerce, culture, and music. It unfolds a beautiful picture of integrating ethnic and folk culture and music.
