On the Afternoon of March 23, the annual ceremony for Foxconn Industrial Internet (Fii) was held in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone.

3月23日下午，工业富联年会盛典在郑州航空港经济综合实验区举行。

"Fii has achieved a series of record-high performances since its IPO. These achievements are hard-earned and owe much to the collective efforts of all employees, the strong support from employees' families, and the caring assistance from various sectors of society." Zheng Hongmeng, Chairman of Fii, stated that, in gratitude to all employees, the company held large-scale annual ceremonies in Shenzhen and Zhengzhou in March. Over twenty thousand employees gathered on-site to share moments of joy and celebration.

“工业富联自上市以来业绩屡创新高，这些成绩来之不易，离不开全体员工的共同努力、员工家属的大力支持，和社会各界的关心帮助”。工业富联董事长郑弘孟表示，为表示对全体员工的感谢，公司3月先后在深圳、郑州举办大型年会活动，现场有超过两万名员工共享欢乐时刻。

Both annual ceremonies invited star guests to support the occasion. In Shenzhen, performers including Zhang Xinzhe, Huang Shujun, Wu Mochou, and Huang Ling passionately sang for the audience. In Zhengzhou, Xiao Jingteng, Huang Shujun, Huang Ling, and Jike Junyi took the stage to deliver their artistic performances. Together with the employees present, they showcased their talents by singing classic songs.

两场年会均邀请明星嘉宾到场助阵，深圳场有张信哲、黄舒骏、吴莫愁、黄龄等嘉宾倾情献唱，郑州场则邀请到萧敬腾、黄舒骏、黄龄、吉克隽逸登台献艺，一起与现场员工合唱经典曲目。

By organizing these two annual ceremonies filled with laughter and joy, Fii has vividly demonstrated its love and care for its employees.

举办两场年会，为广大员工送去欢声笑语，是工业富联“宠”员工的生动体现。

In addition to expressing gratitude to employees through annual ceremonies, Fii continues its efforts to allow employees to share more in the company's development achievements through various means. This commitment exemplifies the ethos of caring for employees and contributing to society of Foxconn's Zhengzhou Science and Technology Park.

To enhance employees' professional development capabilities, the Foxconn park has established an educational platform that incorporates resources from multiple prestigious domestic institutions. By leveraging abundant industry resources and operational experience, a series of targeted curriculum systems have been designed to help employees acquire the latest technical knowledge and practical skills, thereby enhancing their professional competence and innovation abilities. In an effort to improve employees' living environment, investments have been made to renovate employee canteens and dormitories, establish shuttle bus services for commuting, covering a radius of 60 kilometers around the Comprehensive Bonded Zone, ensuring travel within one hour. Various recreational activities are organized for employees, including visits to over 20 well-known scenic spots within Henan Province, catering to diversify employees' leisure needs while deepening their understanding of and connection with Henan.

为提升员工职业发展能力，园区打造的教育平台引进了国内多所优秀院校资源，结合丰富的产业资源和业务经验，设计一系列针对性的课程体系，旨在帮助员工掌握最新的技术知识和实践技能，提升他们的专业素养和创新能力。为改善员工生活环境，投入资金改造员工餐厅和员工宿舍，开设外线通勤福利班车覆盖综保区方圆60公里，实现了1小时内通行圈。组织员工开展各类文娱活动，到达河南省内20多个知名景区，满足员工业余生活多元化需求的同时，更能让员工了解河南、扎根中原。

Zhengzhou park completed the construction of the "Sunshine Workshop" in 2017, which is currently the largest sheltered workshop for people with disabilities nationwide. The model of the "Sunshine Workshop" has been expanded to multiple parks across the country. Additionally, for employees and their families experiencing economic difficulties due to major disasters or serious illnesses, special relief funds have been established along with various support policies to help them overcome adversity smoothly.

在支持残疾人就业方面，郑州园区在2017年建成“阳光工场”，是目前全国最大的残疾人庇护工场，并将“阳光工场”模式推广到全国多个园区。除此之外，对于因家庭遭受重大灾害或身患重大疾病导致经济困难的员工和家人，还设立专项救助资金，制定各种帮扶政策，帮助他们顺利渡过难关。

While caring for employees, Fii actively undertakes social responsibility and contributes to local development. In 2021, when Zhengzhou was hit by heavy rainstorms, Fii, on behalf of the Foxconn Group, donated one hundred million RMB to support disaster relief efforts and post-disaster reconstruction in Henan. In terms of supporting education, Fii allocates dedicated funds annually at its factories in Jiyuan, Lankao, Hebi, and other areas to support the development of local education initiatives.
