On April 9th, the launching ceremony of the "ASEAN-China(Henan) Month of People-to-People Exchanges" was held in Zhengzhou, capital of Central China's Henan Province. The reporter from HICC had an exclusive interview with Jaime FlorCruz, Philippine Ambassador to China, who attended the ceremony.
According to FlorCruz, he has visited Henan for several times over the past decades, and noticed the big changes that have taken place in Henan. FlorCruz said, "Henan people are impressive, because they are open-minded and pioneering. They go to places where there are opportunities."
