On May 21, loaded with more than 1,000 tons of cargo such as aluminum foil products and steel furniture, the first "Zhengzhou-Japan-South Korea" rail-sea express train left Zhengzhou Putian Station in Central China's Henan province for Huangdao Port in East China's Shandong province, where the cargo will be shipped to Japan and South Korea, said a source from China Railway Zhengzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd.
The successful launch of the "Zhengzhou-Japan-South Korea" rail-sea express train not only opens up a new path for Henan to integrate into the "Maritime Silk Road", but also furthers the coordinated development of the Central Plains urban agglomeration and the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.
