Henan's economic performance in the first half of 2024 is characterized by steady progress and sustained momentum, according to the local statistics bureau on July 18. In detail, over the past 6 months, Henan's GDP amounted to 312.3144 billion yuan, reflecting a 4.9 percent year-on-year increase at constant prices, which is 0.2 percentage points higher compared to the figure in the first quarter.
7月18日，河南省统计局公布2024年上半年全省经济运行情况。上半年，全省实现地区生产总值（GDP）31231.44亿元，按不变价格计算，同比增长4.9%，比一季度加快0.2个百分点，经济运行呈现稳中有进、持续向好态势。
By sector, the added value of the primary, the secondary, and the tertiary industries reported a positive growth, each increasing 3.7 percent (2,353.03 billion yuan), 7.5 percent (12,293.40 billion yuan) and 3.2 percent (16,585.00 billion yuan).
