On the morning of August 26, Governor Wang Kai and Chairman Liu Aili of China Post Group jointly inaugurated the project of China Post Air Hub in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone.

8月26日上午，省长王凯与中国邮政集团董事长刘爱力在郑州航空港区共同启动中国邮政航空枢纽项目。

The project is a groundbreaking infrastructure initiative designed to drive modern logistics by integrating aviation and land transport, along with domestic and international services, and encompassing comprehensive mail and cargo handling, warehousing, and sorting facilities. Covering over 1,600 mu (one mu equals 666 square meters), the project features plans for an aviation transfer center, a comprehensive postal aviation support base, and additional infrastructure, aiming to establish an international hub for postal and express delivery services.

该项目是引领现代物流发展的战略性先导性基础设施，是集航空陆运、国内国际、邮件货物、仓储分拣四位于一体的枢纽项目。项目占地1600余亩，规划布局航空转运中心、邮航综合保障基地等设施和空侧配套等工程，旨在打造全球性国际邮政快递枢纽。

The project's implementation is strategically crucial for boosting Zhengzhou's position as an international air cargo hub and establishing it as a major inland economic center. For China Post Group, the project will strengthen the security and resilience of its air line network, support the creation of a global postal and express delivery network, and offer high-quality universal services to the public. Additionally, it will enhance national security capabilities and better meet the public's demand for superior postal services, contributing to an improved quality of life.

项目落地建设，对巩固提升郑州国际航空货运枢纽地位、打造内陆开放高地具有重大战略意义。对中国邮政而言，也有利于提高邮政自身航线网络安全和韧性、推动形成覆盖全球的邮政快递运输网络体系、提供人民满意的普遍服务产品，不断增强国家总体安全保障能力，更好满足人民群众美好生活用邮需要。

On the same day, the provincial government and China Post Group signed a cooperation agreement to jointly develop county and rural logistics and delivery systems, as well as postal and financial services. They are committed to enhancing the quality of the postal and express logistics system through a three-year action plan. The objective is to achieve comprehensive coverage of integrated postal and cargo services in counties, townships and villages, and to ensure delivery of postal and express items to all villages within 24 hours by 2026.

当天，省政府与中国邮政集团签署合作协议，将携手在县乡村寄递物流体系建设、邮政金融服务等领域开展全方位合作，还将围绕高质量打造邮政快递物流体系，实施邮政快递物流体系建设三年行动，力争到2026年，实现县乡村客货邮综合服务站点全覆盖、建制村24小时内邮政快件投递送达。（记者 归欣/文 许俊文/图 编译/赵汉青 杨佳欣 审校/丁岚）
