On September 8, Kenneth Fok, along with Hong Kong SAR's deputies to the 14th NPC, visited the Red Flag Canal Memorial Hall in Anyang City, Henan Province, China. He said that young people should carry forward the spirit of the Red Flag Canal in their work. Revisiting Henan after more than a decade, he noted that the province has undergone significant changes and remains a cornerstone of Chinese culture.
