8月份河南省经济运行稳中向好
Henan's economy maintained a steady and positive trend in August, with major economic indicators such as industry, investment and consumption showing accelerated growth compared to the figures in July, said Henan Statistics Bureau on September 18.
9月18日，记者从省统计局获悉，8月份全省经济运行保持稳中向好、持续向好态势，工业、投资、消费等主要经济指标较上月均加快增长。
Industrial production accelerates
工业生产加快增长
In August, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size increased by 6.8 percent year-on-year, 0.4 percentage points higher from the previous month. Among the 40 major industrial sectors surveyed, 30 or 75 percent saw a year-on-year growth in added value. The auto and spare parts industry as well as the electronic information industry experienced year-on-year increases of 20.8 percent and 25.2 percent, respectively, 15 and 7.9 percentage points higher from the previous month. In the first eight months of this year, the added value of industrial enterprises above designated size grew by 7.5 percent.
8月份，全省规模以上工业增加值同比增长6.8%，比上月加快0.4个百分点。在全省40个工业行业大类中，有30个行业增加值同比增长，增长面达75%。汽车及零部件产业、电子信息产业增加值同比分别增长20.8%、25.2%，分别比上月加快15个、7.9个百分点。今年前8个月，全省规模以上工业增加值同比增长7.5%。
Stable growth in fixed asset investment
固定资产投资稳中有升
In the first eight months of this year, Henan's fixed asset investment rose by 6.6 percent year-on-year, outpacing the previous seven months by 0.2 percentage. Projects with an investment scale of more than (including) 100 million yuan each saw a 9.4 percent year-on-year increase in completed investment, contributing 88.2 percent to the province's overall investment growth. Industrial investment continued to maintain double-digit growth in the first eight months, with a year-on-year increase of 21.5 percent. Notably, during the same period, investment in food manufacturing and specialized equipment manufacturing rose by 43.2 percent and 30.9 percent, respectively.
今年前8个月，全省固定资产投资同比增长6.6%，比前7个月加快0.2个百分点。全省亿元及以上项目完成投资同比增长9.4%，对全省投资增长的贡献率达到88.2%。工业投资继续保持两位数增长。今年前8个月，全省工业投资同比增长21.5%，其中食品制造业、专用设备制造业投资同比分别增长43.2%、30.9%。
Consumer market continues to expand
消费市场持续扩大
In August, the total retail sales of consumer goods in Henan reached 218.548 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.7 percent, up by 1.4 percentage points from the previous month. In terms of essential goods consumption, retail sales of basic living items such as grain, oil, food and beverages at major enterprises grew by 21.5 percent and 15.8 percent year-on-year, respectively. In the first eight months, Henan's total retail sales of consumer goods amounted to 1.745196 trillion yuan, up 5.7 percent year-on-year.
8月份，全省社会消费品零售总额2185.48亿元，同比增长6.7%，比上月加快1.4个百分点。基本生活用品消费方面，8月份全省限额以上单位粮油食品、饮料等基本生活类商品零售额同比分别增长21.5%、15.8%。今年前8个月，全省社会消费品零售总额17451.96亿元，同比增长5.7%。
New driving forces grow rapidly
新兴动能加快成长
In August, the added value of high-tech manufacturing industries above designated size in Henan increased by 14.6 percent year-on-year, up by 4.1 percentage points compared to the previous month. In the first eight months of this year, investment in high-tech manufacturing industries grew by 12.6 percent year-on-year, with investment in computer and office equipment manufacturing as well as pharmaceutical manufacturing surging by 51.6 percent and 25.3 percent, respectively. In August, the added value of strategic emerging industries fostered by industrial enterprises above designated size rose by 8.1 percent year-on-year, up by 3 percentage points compared to the previous month. Notably, the new-generation information technology industry, the new-energy vehicle industry and the new materials industry saw year-on-year growth of 29.2 percent, 13.4 percent and 8.6 percent, respectively. Additionally, the production of monocrystalline silicon, servers, lithium-ion batteries and ultra-clear glass for solar industrial use jumped by 343.8 percent, 67.1 percent, 42.7 percent and 24.2 percent, respectively.
8月份，全省规上高技术制造业增加值同比增长14.6%，比上月加快4.1个百分点。今年前8个月，全省高技术制造业投资同比增长12.6%，其中计算机及办公设备制造业、医药制造业投资同比分别增长51.6%、25.3%。8月份，规上工业战略性新兴产业增加值同比增长8.1%，比上月加快3个百分点，其中新一代信息技术产业、新能源汽车产业、新材料产业增加值同比分别增长29.2%、13.4%、8.6%；全省规上工业单晶硅、服务器、锂离子电池、太阳能工业用超白玻璃产量同比分别增长343.8%、67.1%、42.7%、24.2%。（中文来源/河南日报 记者/胡舒彤 编译/杨佳欣 审校/陈行洁 赵汉青）
